The family suite had plenty of space and was exactly as shown online. Check-in was easy. The kitchenette was nice with all the essentials, like a dishwasher and utensils. Clean rooms with fresh carpets. The indoor waterpark has limited slides, but my kids enjoyed the kid area. Staff was friendly, which made the experience better.

I chose Polynesian Hotel Wisconsin Dells - Near Noah'S Ark to be close to the Noah's Ark Waterpark, and it was the perfect choice. It pleasantly surprised me with its 24-hour front desk and the snack bar/deli with the best ingredients. I enjoyed convenient services and tasty snacks during my stay.
Sofa bed was broke and had no sheets.

The indoor water park was amazing! I loved the spacious room and the cozy atmosphere. However, the outdated rooms and the lack of cleanliness were a downside. I’d recommend this hotel.

The water slides and easy access to indoor/outdoor water activities were a hit with the kids. Spacious rooms with balconies and a convenient eating area above the water park added to the fun.
Felt like visiting family, no reason to complain.

the hotel was clean, and the staff was fantastic. the location is great - just 20 minutes from everything. also, love that we could order pizza to our room!!

the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable. the room was spacious and not overcrowded. even though the pools closed early, we enjoyed the ease of access without large crowds. the peaceful pool atmosphere allowed us to have a relaxing time.
